Sleekshot is a product by New Tab Studio. Purchases are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record, and refunds are handled under Paddle’s terms.
If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund. This right does not apply once digital content has been downloaded, streamed, or otherwise accessed.
To request a refund or cancel within the 14-day period, contact Paddle Support at https://paddle.net/ with your order details and the email used at checkout.
Outside the consumer cancellation right, refunds are provided at Paddle’s discretion and may be refused in cases of fraud or abuse. Subscriptions renew automatically and are not refundable for unused periods. This does not affect statutory rights for products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
